A private photoshoot with me is your chance to see yourself in a new light. Unleash the true energies of your personality, showcase your beauty and present something new. Yes, I am a professional fashion photographer and work with models and brands, but private shoots with clients are also a regular, important and beloved part of my work. Absolutely all the pictures on this page are photoshoots created for private clients living their interesting lives.

Whether you want to take photos for social media, personal branding, portfolio, or just to share with loved ones, the most important thing is that you look alive and authentic in the frame!

Quality is far more important to me than quantity. That’s why I consciously choose to take on a small, limited number of projects each month. I give each of them my full attention and energy. Here in Portugal, I work with people who value a top level of professionalism and understand the difference between my work and that of my colleagues. So I’m confident in delivering to my clients the best value, content, energy and service that is worth every cent of my price. And much more.

Let’s connect and make stylish shoots together! 💛

Features of a private photoshoot in my style

♡ I show you, and only you, in the frame, highlighting your energy and character. Each person can be shown in a unique, new and often unexpected perspective and style

♡ In private sessions, I love naturalness and authenticity in everything – emotions, poses, frame compositions. We are all used to constantly playing roles all the time that are not characteristic of us. In the frame, I want to show you as a real, authentic person, even if you have already forgotten yourself

♡ Each photoshoot is a little life. Together we live an experience and tell your story through photos, movement, color, textures, shapes, light, and shadow. Of course, we can add more fashion to your shoot if you wish. The choice is always yours

♡ As a fashion photographer, I create magazine-style, stylish frames worthy of glossy covers. Even if you have never been a model before, you have the chance to become one for at least one session

♡ In all of my photo shoots, you will see portraits with beautiful makeup. As a makeup artist, I try to find the best version of your beauty and present it in pictures

♡ I plan all looks down to the last detail. Clothes, accessories, and any other elements in the shot help us achieve a cohesive result and an original image

♡ I guide each client from start to finish – we communicate, discuss ideas, ask questions, create mood boards, schedule, and communicate via messengers and video calls. Half the work is done before you step into the frame on shoot day

Locations

I often talk about Portugal as an “Instagram country”. Wherever you and I shoot – Lisbon, Algarve, Porto, Albufeira or anywhere else – we will always find many beautiful locations, views and places for stylish photos.

Choosing a location for the private photoshoot is one of the most important components at the beginning. Any top photographer will tell you that this choice sets the tone for the entire photoshoot. All locations can be divided into four types – beach, city, indoor, and lifestyle. Each has a completely different energy. Let’s go through them one by one.

Beach Photoshoot

I often advise clients to choose the beach for private photo sessions. Portugal means ocean! The ocean represents freedom, a connection of elements, the energy of activity and tranquility at the same time. Only on the beach can we create very authentic, sensual images with you. These images speak for themselves. No studio or city bustle can create such photos. The energy of the beach is perfect for those who don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera. For photo sessions, I choose locations with almost no people. This allows you to relax, enjoy the process and let go of all thoughts. Just be yourself. In this place, at this time. And I’ll capture your moments of happiness for unique frames.

City Photoshoot

When I want an energetic and lively atmosphere in the picture, I choose a city photoshoot. In Lisbon, for example, I have several favorite spots. Usually, it’s the modern area, where I can create stylish frames. Geometry is my favorite part of street-style photography. Lines, minimalism, and the energy of the city. In addition, the city location is perfect for shooting with certain themes, like a story in a cozy cafe or a walk in the crowd. The city shoot can be in a lifestyle style or closer to a fashion style. It all depends on what kind of images you want to get.

Interior Photoshoot

Sometimes private clients request to create beautiful shots in their favorite home, studio, or another place indoors. Unique interiors become perfect allies for beautiful shots with storylines and special moods. Such private photoshoots require special preparation. One of the most important issues is lighting. Ideally, such a shoot should take place when it’s sunny outside. In other cases, we’ll need additional lighting. I take care of everything. The most important thing is careful planning.

And in any case, if the client has a choice between shooting outdoors or indoors, my recommendation is always to shoot outdoors. No artificial light can replace the sun, air and energy of open space. And in Portugal it’s warm all year round, with 300 days of sunshine!

Lifestyle City Shooting or Storytelling

A cozy café, a walk among people, a conversation with loved ones or time alone with yourself. Any wish, any story. The main thing is that you’re alive and authentic in the shot. And I capture and freeze your mood and emotions in those seconds.

Project stages with the client

Every private photoshoot project is not just the time spent shooting and post-processing the photos. For both the client and me it’s a small life that begins with the first contact. We get to know each other, combine our ideas and wishes, communicate, make decisions and experiment. And in the end, we create beauty! It’s 100% shared energy and effort.

A call with the client

Finding your photographer means finding someone who is in tune with you. For me, it’s important to see that there is a common vision and feeling between the client and me. That’s why one of the first steps in preparing for a shoot is a video call. This will help us get to know each other better, and discuss all the details of the shoot – from location to final shots. And most importantly, I’ll understand your wishes and expectations, we’ll discuss them together, adding my ideas, experience and vision. This is where the real preparation for the shoot begins.

Timing

It is best to book a photoshoot at least 1-2 months in advance. If you’re only visiting Portugal for a limited time, it’s especially important to contact me in advance. If it’s the high season, from May to November, you should let me know about your plans as soon as possible. This will give you the opportunity to secure your desired date. You can inquire about availability by contacting me in the way that’s most convenient for you. The final booking of the date will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% retainer from your side.

The Idea

Every photoshoot begins with an idea. What do you want to see on the final images? What mood do you want to see yourself in, what emotions do you want to express? Do you want to appear relaxed or emotional? Calm or dynamic? Do you want to look like an everyday lifestyle or add some unusual style and fashion? Make your choice!

Moodboard

Understanding the overall idea, mood and energy of the shoot allows us to create a moodboard. A moodboard is a collection of reference images that convey the main idea and style of the photoshoot. In examples of images taken from the Internet, we determine the color palette, clothing and accessory style, makeup and hairstyle, poses, and overall energy. You can see more of my work and inspiration on my personal Pinterest page

But it’s important to remember that we never copy the moodboard 1:1 on the shoot. It is only for reference. The real art is unique and created by you and me on stage.

Outfits / Looks

For a private photoshoot, I usually suggest having two to three looks. The first should be light, natural and comfortable for you. The second and possibly the third should be outfits that allow you to experiment and try something new. For example, an unusual dress or suit color or an original design can help create a high-fashion photoshoot style.

You can choose your own outfits or use my suggestions. And for maximum results you can use the services of a professional stylist. On my part, I am ready to recommend some experts with whom I have successfully worked.

Makeup

For each photo session, I work as both a professional makeup artist and photographer. Here you can read more about my work as a makeup artist. This helps me to see the overall look at once. During the photoshoot, I can change the makeup to match each look. So you get completely different looks in one session, as if you had several different shoots. The great advantage of working 2-in-1 is that I know exactly how my makeup will look in the photos. I pay a lot of attention to portraits. Beautiful skin, trendy colors, light and natural makeup – all this is part of my style and your photos as well!

Backstage photos and videos

During shooting, we often capture behind-the-scenes moments. These shots convey the live atmosphere on set better than any words can. We also create short video clips of the looks for reel creation. This is a separate discussion subject. You can see examples of these reels on my Instagram page.

Fashion Magazine Publications

You’ve probably seen my work in various publications and editorials in fashion and lifestyle magazines – I have over 300. Think only models can grace glossy magazines? Not at all. I’m happy to show you some of my private clients’ publications that have been accepted and featured in top-tier magazines. One of my recent big wins is having my work included in the list of Vogue’s best photo shoots. An image from my shoot in the Algarve was accepted and featured in PhotoVogue.
